Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ah88 ph online gaming platform, including all games, services, features, and content made available through the website at https://ah88ph.vip and any associated mobile-optimized interfaces (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. • You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the ah88 ph Platform or any other gaming platform operated under the same regulatory framework.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or using the account for any commercial purpose not expressly authorized by ah88 ph.

ah88 ph reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to suspend or permanently close any account where eligibility requirements are not met. Any winnings generated by an ineligible account may be forfeited.

Account Registration

To access the full features of the ah88 ph Platform, you must register a player account. The following terms apply to account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Per Player: Each individual may hold only one registered account on the ah88 ph Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and any other information requested. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Identity Verification (KYC): ah88 ph is required to verify the identity of its players in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and PAGCOR requirements. You may be required to submit a valid government-issued Philippine ID (such as a PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license, or SSS/GSIS card) and proof of address before withdrawals are processed.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. You must notify ah88 ph immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Account Updates: You must promptly update your account information if any details change. Failure to maintain accurate account information may result in delays in processing withdrawals or other account actions.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the ah88 ph Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

• Accepted Payment Methods: ah88 ph accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya (Maya), and bank transfers to major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards linked to Philippine bank accounts may also be accepted. All payment methods are subject to availability and may change without prior notice.
• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum and maximum transaction limits for specific payment methods are displayed at the time of transaction.
• Deposit Processing: Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your ah88 ph wallet instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day to reflect, depending on the sending bank's processing times.
• Withdrawal Eligibility: Withdrawals are available only to verified accounts that have completed the KYC process. Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the ah88 ph account. ah88 ph does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• Withdrawal Processing Time: Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours of submission, subject to verification requirements. Processing times may vary during peak periods or where additional verification is required.
• Player Funds: Player funds held in ah88 ph wallets are maintained separately from operational funds in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements. ah88 ph does not use player funds for operational expenses.

Bonuses & Promotions

ah88 ph offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms stated in the individual promotion:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds and free spins winnings are subject to wagering requirements (rollover) before they may be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the promotion's individual terms and conditions.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. ah88 ph reserves the right to determine eligibility for any promotion at its sole discretion.
• Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or circumvent bonus terms — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, coordinated wagering strategies designed to guarantee profit regardless of outcome, or any other form of bonus manipulation — will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in permanent account suspension.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and free spins are subject to expiry periods as stated in the relevant promotion. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
• Modification and Withdrawal: ah88 ph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already credited to player accounts prior to the modification.

Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the ah88 ph Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. The following general principles apply to all gaming activity on the Platform:

• Random Number Generation: All non-live casino games on the ah88 ph Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. RNG systems are independently tested and certified by recognized testing laboratories to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ah88 ph Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to chip dumping in poker or coordinated betting strategies in live dealer games.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in the Platform. Any such vulnerabilities must be reported to ah88 ph support immediately. Exploitation of known errors will result in account suspension and forfeiture of any gains.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime through the Platform. ah88 ph is required to report suspicious transactions to relevant Philippine authorities under applicable AML regulations.
• Providing false identity information, impersonating another person, or using another person's payment method without their explicit consent.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the Platform's software or infrastructure.
• Using the Platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment gaming.

Intellectual Property

All content on the ah88 ph Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, audio, video, and the overall design and layout of the Platform, is the property of ah88 ph or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of ah88 ph.

Game content provided by third-party game providers (including Pragmatic Play, Jili Games, PG Soft, and others) remains the intellectual property of the respective providers and is subject to their own licensing terms.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ah88 ph's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ah88 ph account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ah88 ph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ah88 ph makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, reliability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability of the Platform.

Privacy & Data

ah88 ph collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

ah88 ph implements appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and ah88 ph cannot guarantee absolute data security.

ah88 ph may be required to disclose player information to PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), or other Philippine government authorities in compliance with applicable legal obligations.

Responsible Gaming

ah88 ph is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimizing the potential harms associated with gambling. The following responsible gaming measures are available to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their accounts. Once set, limits take effect immediately and can only be increased after a mandatory cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set maximum session durations after which they will be automatically logged out of the Platform.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Players may request a temporary suspension of their account for a period of their choosing (minimum 24 hours, maximum 6 months).
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to permanently exclude themselves from the ah88 ph Platform may request permanent self-exclusion by contacting customer support. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and are irreversible for the duration of the exclusion period.

Termination

ah88 ph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to satisfy eligibility requirements, including age verification.
• Engagement in prohibited conduct as described in Section 7.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Direction from PAGCOR or any other competent Philippine regulatory or law enforcement authority.

Upon termination for cause, ah88 ph reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balances and, where fraud or prohibited conduct is established, any real-money balances in the account. Where termination is not for cause, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method after completion of applicable verification procedures.

You may close your ah88 ph account at any time by contacting customer support. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Players agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purpose of resolving any such dispute.

ah88 ph operates under the regulatory oversight of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Players who have unresolved complaints may escalate their concerns to PAGCOR through the appropriate regulatory channels.

Amendments

ah88 ph reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, ah88 ph will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account and/or by posting a prominent notice on the Platform.

The updated Terms will take effect on the date specified in the notice. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure as described in Section 12.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the Terms were most recently revised.
